Why do some relievers get graded as starters in this report?

Well, I see that pitchers with relatively low stamina (I mean, they struggle to go five innings) are rated by the game as starters if they have three quality pitchers. A quibble that I have with the pitcher module introduced a couple of versions ago. A starter needs decent stamina so that he is not wilting before he can even qualify for a win.

I'm talking about guys who have their position set to "MR" but get adjustments to their overall and potential ratings as "SP" on the report.
