OOTP 15 Wishlist -- Simple Changes

I'm not looking for any big additions to the next version of OOTP. I only have a list of simple, easy to implement ideas that in my opinion would make the game dramatically more enjoyable. Here goes...

  • OOTP 9 was the first version I purchased of this series. Since that first purchase, there's one thing that has not been improved in the slightest bit -- team-related new stories. Though there are now more personal player news releases, I still get the same generic message at the start and end of the postseason and the engine completely neglects long winning streaks and losing streaks. It's lame. Plain and simple.
  • Let us customize accomplishments! No, nobody in my league is ever going to have 50+ Home runs and 150+ RBI in my 80-game season. That page is basically useless to every league that does not run on the 162-game standard setup.
  • Custom milestones. See above.
  • Start keeping track of the longest winning streaks, losing streaks, and team vs team records somewhere in the history. You'd think after fourteen versions that would be a given.
  • A lot of people don't agree with me on this, but I want composure ratings. Not every reliever realistically responds the same to a bases-loaded, no out jam...why do they in OOTP?
  • Why can we generate team pictures for every team in the league but not the All Star roster? Also, why can't we edit the All Star jerseys?
  • Allow us to edit the Spring Training length. If my season only lasts 80 games, why should Spring Training last 30?
  • All Star Game MVP...World Series MVP

All Star Game MVP...World Series MVP
1) Team vs Team - Go to League Reports and hit the drop down box on the right side. A few choices from the bottom is Team Vs Team.

You can also find this in the almanac on the League Home Page under the Links on the right hand side.

2) You can add a custom reward. I have World Series MVP in my old leagues, and a Playoff MVP for multiple series in other leagues. Edit the award under League Setup/Names and Affiliations on the right side of the screen.

I'm aware of this. But it disappears after each season.

You can still look at it in the almanac for every year.

How would you measure composure?

I'm not arguing for or against it, but do you have real world data to base it on?

I think composure would be the same as clutch or pitcher/catcher combos that do better.

They are things that exist, but there's no way to measure them and then make it work realistically in game.
