Scouting/Front Office

I'd like to bring an old feature back. It would be nice to be able to set area scouts who when clicking on a prospect before the draft, if the player is in that scouts area you would get his scouting report.

If you wanted you could ask your head scout/Another scout to look into a certain player as well and they'll provide a scouting report. Setting a International Scout would be nice and if you felt the need having the option to have a scout in each country you choose to scout would be nice.

Also the option to have a Pro scout as well.

Your Head Scout while being another scout would/should have the biggest influence with what you choose to do, but the differing opinions would make the game slightly more difficult.

It would also be great if each team has a different Front Office structure as the Cubs have a different way of going about things than the Yankees with who makes decision, how much the owner involves himself, how much stroke the President has, etc.
