First season wouldn't play,second season does...Huh???

I tried starting a season playing the Sacramento Capitols of the WHA(AHL) and the game started crashing right at the beginning. This happened three times,so I simmed the season and just started the second season too see if it would play and it does. Don't know what I was doing too make it crash. I goofed setting the period time limit at 10 minutes with the WHA(AHL) so I am switching to manager of the New York Bulldogs of the NAHL(ECHL). I will transfer some of my players from Sacramento while grabbing some from the KHL.
