Some help and question free-agency and PH

Ok so I can find the Pinch Hit total per team but how can I view the season pinch hit leaders? And how can I view the all-time pinch-hit leaders?

A question about free agency I notice that when the season begins a ton of all-star caliber players never get signed. Why does the AI not signed them to teams that need help? I have to manually sign them my self to different teams because if I don't then they just stay there and I don't want to leave near hall-of-farmers missing a season or two because the AI never did nothing with them. Any suggestions?

I think the free agency problem would be caused by teams not having enough $$.

Thanks well I have been able to figure out how to check the season leaders in pinch hits but still can't figure out the all-time pinch hit leaders

Also how can you check to see how many times a player has led the league in certain categories? For example who has won the most batting titles? Or has led the league in stolen bases
