Is there a "Help" Screen or Step By Step Guide?

I can't seem to figure out how to import v2.5. Please help an old crazy guy out. Thanks!!

TC its pretty simple go to create a game then type in the name you want on the top box for your uni then click on the import button and it will automatically look in the 2.5 and all u have to do is select it
