Option to allow undrafted players from feeder leagues to stay on their teams

It would be great to have the ability to have feeder leagues that aren't just college and HS type where players that aren't drafted are released.

This would allow independent minor leagues, where the top handful of players are moved up through a draft, but the rest stay behind on their feeder league team and keep playing.

Excellent idea, it'd also make having a feeder league that was set up more like a JUCO (bigger age range, players can leave at any time) than a traditional university an option as well.
