Error: 0001: Unable to open screen mode

Computer: Surface Pro (Windows 8)

When I click out of the game either in full screen mode or windowed mode, it freezes and I get this error. I have waited a long time before I have to press alt, control delete to close out the program.

If I select my mouse on the desktop it will also replicate this issue as well.

Any help to fix this bug will be much appreciated.

This was fixed in the latest patch. Thank you OOTP Team.
