Can't advance game

Howdy,

After a half-inning in which I pinch-hit for the pitcher, the game (of course) goes to the roster screen so you can substitute a new pitcher in. However, the #9 slot is completely blank, with no way to add a player to it. Whenever I re-start and try to simulate the rest of the game, the app crashes.

Any ideas?

Ah.... I found a way to insert a player. I had to go to the screen that shows only the two pitchers. With my pitcher blank, there was a button that allowed me to sub in a pitcher.

It left me with two pitchers in the game, but at least I got the game moving again.
