Does inter-league play work?

I have a fictional game with 16 teams split among two leagues with two divisions each. I have "inter-league play" checked but each season the schedule does not have inter-league games. Any advice is appreciated.

You will have to use a user created schedule. Go to edit schedule and click on the menu button on the bottom right corner. Select import from file and you will see a huge list of schedules to choose from Look for one that has SL1 8 and SL 2 8. SL stands for subleague. Also look for one that has D# I#. That tells you how many division games are scheduled and how many inter league games are scheduled. Make sure you change the number of games to match the selected schedule prior to importing or it won't work.
