Coaches

Being able to request to negotiate with coaches from other organizations for managerial openings - for example Ryne Sandberg is the coach in the Phillies AAA organization and the Cubs have fired their manager - would be nice to be able to negotiate and potentially draw him from their club for a shot at managing in the big leagues.

Also: 1st and 3rd base coaches.

Some tangeable way of knowing whether coaches make a difference. I still have not seen anything, other than having to resign them, that they matter to a team. Do just as bad without coaches as I do with them, lol.
