Career ending injuries

Justin Upton got a career ending injury and I don't want him to leave my game. So I went into commissioner mode and unretired him. I think I also gave him a year-long injury so there was some implication.

However, when I unretired him it made him a free agent. I want him to remain on the Braves with his same contract. Help?

Go back into the editor and move him to the Braves. It's the team information section halfway down on the left.

Then add his contract in the salary data section, second section from the bottom on the left.
