Rain Delay and Warmups

Perhaps this is already the case in OOTP, but if not. . .

During prolonged rain delays, we should be able to warm up pitchers during the rain delay OR have any pitcher we select be "game ready" after the rain delay is over (no warmup needed) and the pitcher that was in the game at the start of the rain delay is usually exhausted. Same thing for ejections of pitchers or injuries to pitchers.

It's not in there, and not sure how much effect it has on anew pitcher coming in cold after a 60 minute rain delay. i had 3 60+ rain delays in one game just recently and used my entire staff in that game which also went 13 innings. 1st time for me. I have a great staff so I dont know how much not getting a chance to warm them up affected things.
