1366 x 768 Screen Resolution

Since most 15.6" laptops use this setting for screen resolution, will OOTP 14 display ok? I ask because I have seen various posts on this, with some saying things are 'cut-off', while others say everything fits fine.
If someone would post some screenshots at that resolution so I can see for myself, I would appreciate it.

Just wanted to add.... I am using an 11" laptop, running OOTP in 1360 x 768 windowed.

Geeze, I thought I had a 1360 x 768 but mine is 1280 x 768.... I saw a monitor that's 1920(I think) and it costs like 115 dollars... But I think it would be well worth it, I play a lot of games on here,watch movies/tv shows,etc... So I would get the bang for the buck...

my only downfall for me not getting an extra monitor is, I travel around a decent amount... So I'd need to carry one more thing with me, which is a pain in the ass.

Nothing is cut off. The game works well in any resolution of 1024 * 720 or bigger! But the bigger the resolution, the more info can be displayed in certain screens, and OOTP takes advantage of that.

1366 x 768 Screen Resolution - I use this on my laptop and it fits and looks great.

I just realized that, actually ha... my screen resolution isn't the best, so in the home team screen I don't see the "who's hot/ who's not" but than I can just go to statistics and it will show it there.

A bigger resolution would be nice though, since it fully optimizes everything.

Actually, I use this setting and the bottom of the batter's info is always cut off when I play out games in the standard view (not the webcast, whatever the default is called). I can see the player's overall batting ratings, but not their split ratings or their "bunt for hit", etc, ratings.

Is this not normal? I see others say they don't have any issues.

I have 1366x768 and I get a slight cut-off at the bottom. I can't get the last side-toolbar icon. I've tried several kinds of resolution, but OOTP 14 seem's locked tight regardless of what I do.

Yep, had this problem in 13 as well. Also, I can't read the last line of the pbp box either. I could move that box up, but then I lose some of the field. Really annoying and I haven't been able to find a fix for it ( and I don't want to play fullscreen).

Same here - see cutoff info and saw same issue in 13. In fact, playing 13 right now to finish up my season before importing to v14 and the leaders on the league standings page gets cutoff on the bottom. Using same resolution on Sony Vaio Ultrabook. Hopefully Markus can provide some insight...

I'm having screen cutoff issues as well, but only on the screen while playing out games. My screen looks like BoofBonser's, w/ the very bottom of the pbp text box cut off, the bottom of the batter info cut off and no toolbar on team info. I also don't have the full pic of the stadium showing up. This was also an issue in 13.

Do we need to move this thread to the tech report/bug forum so it gets the attention of the right folks?

Run the game in fullscreen mode or set your taskbar (PC) or dock (Mac) to auto-hide. The game can only use the space that is given to it by the operating system. So, this is not a bug.

Really, the auto-hiding of the taskbar gives you the best of both options: windowed and full-screen.
