Draft Pool-Feeder Leagues

So I have been playing OOTP for many years but I need some help. I am playing OOTP 14 with stats only. Since I only see stats, I am concerned about the created draft pools since the stats are just created by the computer and may not actually represent the ability of the player. To fight this I have started by adding feeder leagues. From looking at the manuel, it seems that for a standard MLB starting league, that I need to add 6 feeder leagues to have enough players for the draft pool. So I created the six leagues (4 college, 2 high school) and waited for the draft pool to be created. Then when this occured almost all of the players were not from the feeder leagues. Does anyone have suggestions? Is there a way to delete the pre-loaded draft class? Any feedback would be appreciated.

How many teams did you create in the 6 feeder leagues?

Here is a Biggio's thread that does a good job talking about setting up feeder leagues, it expands on what is in the manual.
