It seems there is a problem there. When I set the players created age minimum and maximum, it should affect only the draft.

It currently affects International Amateur FAs and Scout discoveries. These should be 16-17 year-olds, but it's a bunch of 18-19 year-olds in my leagues (since my Player Creation age is set at minimum 18 and maximum 19).

Is this by design? It shouldn't be. Can it be corrected without affect amateur draft players' age?
