Keyboard Shortcuts crash the game

I have the Mac version of ootp14. The crash always happens when I am playing a game out myself, in the BNN Broadcast tab. Whenever I hit a keyboard number that is NOT active/highlighted on the menu (example: 5 - Throw to 1st), the game crashes.

I haven't tested all the inactive keys, particularly because it's not that fun to crash the game on purpose, or perhaps I just don't have the patience right now, but this usually happens when the other team has someone on first. The "5 - Throw to 1st" button is highlighted. If he were to steal or just advance to second on a play, the "5 - Throw to 1st" button becomes gray, and the "6 - Throw to 2nd" button now becomes active. This is when I accidentally hit 5, because I am still accustomed to ootp13, which has a different button configuration. Upon pressing 5, the game crashes.

I did test hitting 6 when there was someone on 1st, and the game crashed also, therefore I am assuming all inactive keys crash the game.

Out of topic, on the BNN Broadcast, I cannot see my defense's formation. I would need to hit the BNN Webcast tab to see it. I believe this is unwanted. Thanks for any help. -Leo
