where are the ancedotes and tidbits located

Does anyone know where the game keeps all the little ancedotes and tidbits we see when things are loading or saving? Some are quite long and I can't read it all before it changes to the next one. I would like to see them and read them.

Default Data folder, misc folder. You'll see a "Hints" text file.
