Report w/ all logos/jerseys?

From the RTR on Facegen:

There's a handy new report function that shows the logos and home and away uniforms for all the teams in your league on one HTML page.

Where is that function? I've been poking around OOTP14 for a bit without luck, and couldn't find it on the forums, either.
