Trading Crash

I tracked down a crash that should be repeatable.

Step 1: Go to your team menu, and click "Trading Player(s)" to initiate the trading process.
Step 2: Choose a random team to trade to.
Step 3: Add a player for both teams, and click offer.
Step 4: Wait for a "NO WAY" response.
Step 5: When the rejection response is received, go to your PM's and click the discuss trade option.
Step 6: While editing your trade, click on your team drop down at the top, and click "Trading Player(s)" again, as if you were initiating a new trade with a different team.

At this moment, the game should crash. I also noticed that when you start a trade offer from scratch from the trading players menu, the game can sometimes crash when you right click and remove players. Though, this isn't as consistent as the method I mentioned above.

I just wanted to point out those two crash bugs.
