Personality - "Close to Home" rating

I had an idea for something I would like to see as a personality rating for fictional/free play purposes: a rating for players desiring to play close to home or as close to home as possible when considering a team (think Nolan Ryan or Ken Griffey, Jr.). I think it could be a small but useful addition to the game.

You could make it that they prefer a region. Midwest, west coast etc.
