Error creating and saving logos

Finished season one in my historical league and moved onto season 2. Added several teams to various minor leagues. A problem occurred when trying to generate logos for the teams. I receive the following:

DATABASE::create_random_team_logo-could not save team logo!
File name:
rockford_braves.png

I cannot get the game to generate logos for any of the 8 teams I added. I am unable to add logos from the data file when I have already created logos for those teams. I receive the above error as the game loads for each of the teams that I added. I have to click ok to clear it for it to continue loading. I have the latest patch installed.

I'm hoping that someone has seen this and can help me fix what is broken or undo whatever I might have done to cause this...Many thanks in advance..

Did you ever get this fixed? I have been playing OOTP 23 for a little bit and today I tried creating a new league and this message popped up randomly.
