Historical Photos

I downloaded the historical face zip to the game and am trying to change the faces of the players. Newbie here so any info would be a big help.

Make sure you download the one where all the faces are in one folder and not by year of entry. Then put them all in the data\photos folder.

All photos with the .jpg or .png extension go in the game's main photos folder.
All photos with the .fg extension (facegens) go in the game's fg_files folder.
Since you've already started your game, if you've dl'd pics with the .fg extension, you should go into your saved game's news\html\images\profile_pictures and delete those. Exit and restart the game and the new facegens will be created.
If the historicals you dl'd have the .jpg or .png extension then delete the already created pics if any in the saved game's news\html\images\person_pictures folder. Exit and restart and they'll be recreated.
