Question on season replay and how does this game compare to action pc baseball?

I am tossed between this game and action PC Baseball. I want to be able to do career stuff, sim seasons and even multiple seasons. I understand action pc baseball does replays very well but was looking into OOTp because I am interested in GMing and managing a team. Can anyone tell me the difference between these games and what the pros and cons are?

I haven't tried the other games but if you are tight on money go ahead and buy this game. It will save you a ton of money. You will never need any other game again.

I'm sure more people will give you feedback but in the mean-time try out the free demo.
