Please I want to know what is the first thing that is convenient to do when I start the game for first time.

honestly, take a step back. tinker around a little bit before diving into a league. inevitably you will find something that you want to do but dont know how, and you will come on the forums and look for an answer. Which you will get because this community is great

Yo what is you baseball knowledge level? I would suggest starting a 2012 MLB quickstart and let the AI control promotions/demotions and lineups. Maybe even let the GM be AI for a few weeks also if your knowledge is low.
Or if you are slightly advanced and want a fun league. Create a small fictional league of say 8-12 teams. Add yourself, friends and your family. Import historical players, clone them and change their info to yourself, friends and family. Request that someone makes uniforms and logos for your league yor use the uniform project I & II for your teams.
