Reoccuring Players Possibility?

Hey - so starting an OOTP13 Random Debut League, EZ enuf, owners will select a team from any point in history to be theirs. That is pretty easy also - just slot the team and import it,
will players from teams selected to start league re-appear in the future drafts?
I had done this with earlier versions and they re-appeared so much editing was needed, so curious if this would occur with new database (OOTP in game) or would they automatically purge (hope hope).

The random debut will only import players once, but if you start importing on your own it won't be able to tell who or what you imported so yes it will cause players to reappear.
The players you import on your own appear as new different players to the game so it has no way of knowing who you imported or not, it keeps track of it's own random debut players but has no way of knowing what you did
