League Set-up

So I started a league with a few friends where I am the only one with the game. I can set line-ups for them. Here's the problem how do you trade. I signed-up as Manager for Toronto and can only make trades involving them. LAA's and SFG can't make a trade. How do I run the whole league
My managers settings are set on commissioners mode, act as GM and cannot get fired
League set-up is set all teams to controlled by me

What am I missing or can I even run the whole league? Please help a new guy who just wants to have some fun. Or have I bitten off more then I can chew?

As commissioner you have to act as the team who is trading to initiate a trade as that team. Should work.

I just found where I screwed up. Act As under manager. Thanks for your help
