Fictional Picture Options Disabled - Facegen Not Initialized

Hi All,

I don't know what is going on but with my Jays dynasty I noticed that my pictures were no longer updating and I went to the Player/Picture options tab and got the following message "Fictional Picture options Disabled - Facegen Not Initialized" and all of the drop downs are greyed out.

Is there a way to turn it back on?

Try setting facegen for troubleshoot 1 or troubleshoot 2 mode.

That isn't available when facegen doesn't initialize at game startup. I ran through the same issue once, but I had to system restore as it was a symptom of a virus.

I'm trying to set up a fictional league and I'm getting the same problem. What does "Try setting facegen for troubleshoot 1 or troubleshoot 2 mode" mean?
