license problem

Had to send my laptop into Dell for repair...repeated crashes, hibernation issues, etc. and then to top it off, the video quit working, so I couldn't see a thing and thus was not able to do any backup of anything.

So naturally, Dell's solution was to reformat my hard drive and reinstall Windows. Thus, I lost EVERYTHING, including my 76-year-old UBA.

However, now that I have this next-to-worthless machine back, I need to be able to reinstall OOTP Baseball 13. But this laptop is already using license #1; my desktop is using #2. I do have a backup of my league on a removable drive, so I will only lose close to 14 seasons.

If someone at OOTP could reset one of my licenses, I would be most grateful.

Contact esellerate they take large fees for administering OOTP licenses.

Hmm... When I had a license issue a couple of weeks ago, I submitted a ticket, and contacted esellerate, and esellerate told me that I would need to contact OOTP, and they weren't dealing with it anymore. By then the ticket I had made on here had already been responded to and my license was reset.

J.HenryWaugh: What I recommend is you PM Andreas and kindly ask him to reset your license. Please include your Order Number and your Serial Number. If you were to submit a support ticket and rely on the guy that handles license issues, then you might have to wait upwards to a week to get a response from him. That said, your best chance to get your license reset sooner as opposed to later would be to kindly ask Andreas.
