FaceGen problem: Some GMs get them, some don't

I've downloaded the FaceGen file, uniforms, and ballcaps for all the teams in my online league, and assigned them to the teams. Absolutely awesome!

Oddly, most of the human GMs in the league got the FaceGens and uniforms when they downloaded the league file after I did it. A few, however, are still seeing the generic faces and uniforms. Anyone have a theory as to why this is? My friends are out of state, so it's hard to troubleshoot.

Usually it's case of how the GM is named. Are these real people or game real people? You can manually load the GM facegen.

Sorry, I didn't articulate the problem well. I'm just talking about the FaceGens (and uniforms/caps) for the players. Some of the GMs in my league are seeing them when they open up the game, and some are still seeing the generic faces and uniforms that the game creates in the absence of photos or FaceGens.

There is an option under League Menu - League setup - Player & picture Options to update the players Fg files. Also under OOTP Preferences. I am not sure if this updates them completely or not.
