Is it possible to add expansion teams?

I decided to create a fictional league. I've simmed about 3 years in game so far and now realize I need to modify the league a bit. Is there any way to add expansion teams or move teams around? (Between subleagues or divisions.)

I've checked around a bit and don't see any options like that. However, I'm imagining I just haven't looked in the right place yet. Anyone know if it can be done?

in the offseason (after the playoffs) you can expand the league. League Menu - Expand League - Will be greyed out during season. I expand my league every 3 years or so.

I just wish I could expand an odd # of teams. My next expansion a team folds and i would like to expand by 5 teams vs 4. But I will just relocate the folding teams to the 5th team city.

You can also move teams around on the Edit League Structure page & add or delete teams from there if you don't want an expansion draft.
