New League Ideas - Suggestions needed

I plan on creating a MLB league but customizing it for my needs. There will be two leagues with four divisions and four teams in each division for 32 teams. I will expand MLB by two teams. Under MLB, each team will have 1 Rookie league (18 yr old), 1 A league (19 - 20), one AA league, and one AAA league. Financials will be limited with a league wide salary cap, no 40 man, no arbitration, no roster expansion, no 2012 CBA, no rule 5, etc. Players will still have the 10/5 rule and 5 years for FA. Each level but the Rookie League will be limited to 25 man (NO DH at any level), and the season length will be around 100. Also, there will be an initial draft of 150 players.

1) Do I need to set up feeder leagues for future development, or will this be done on its own?

2) I assume you can't have a fantasy staff draft, right?

3) Should I go ahead and just do a 162 game schedule for HOF numbers and yearly records? I plan on playing at least every other game and i don't want a season to take weeks of real life.

4) In past fantasy drafts that I've done for S&Gs, I've drafted my ML roster plus some prospects then just auto drafted the remaining rounds. However, the AI will fill the roster up with veterans who won't accept demotion to AAA. Is there a way to ask that just younger prospect types be drafted?

5) An other suggestions or comments will be grateful. Thanks.
