Micro-manage pitch selection for a pitcher?

Just purchased OOTP 13 - Haven't really started a league just looking around at all there is to learn (which is a hell of a lot!).

Curious, off top of my head, have played through a few innings and wondering, can one micro--manage their pitchers to the point of selecting their pitch selection ( throw curve, fasball, slider, etc, etc).??

nope just pitch to or pitch around otherwise it's whatever pitches the pitcher has, not even sure if the better ones are thrown more but i would assume so
