1. Start a dummy league for now delete it after step 2.
2. Go to add ons central and download and install the all in on pack
this will give you some facegens, all uniforms and logos. I thought it did parks too but I use a different set or I did something wrong when trying to put the parks in for each team.
3. restart the gamer and select the 2012 MLB quickstart. (all logos and uniforms should be loaded properly, parks unsure) Put yourself in Commish mode.
4. Go to League Menu - Advanced - League Setup.
5. Go to Edit League Structure (Expansion is another option but that will schedule an expansion draft)
6. add your 6 teams to which ever divisions
7. Hit generate schedule or use 1 of GMO's 36 team schedule's

more on this in a sec
8. Edit the players on the new teams or import historical players from the Free Agent screen. I like to use historical players neutralized stats and clone them, then rename them for the player I want them to be.
9. Go back to League setup - Edit League Schedule (if you are using a GMO schedule, otherwise ignore) and import the GMO schedule (make sure the balanced schedule and interleague on/off are checked r unchecked based on which schedule or use under League Setup - Options).
10. Edit the new teams logos uniforms and parks. I recommend Gambo's 2011 seating chart for ballpark dimensions and factors.

You should be good to go at this point unless I missed something.
