Save a league

Is there some way to save a certain league set up or alternatively have multiple saves of the same league. As I just spent a good while setting up a new fictional league and Id love to be able to play it as different teams. But right now I cant see a way to do this.

Only if you use a 3rd party tool. Then you can copy your setup to your computer and use it as often as you want.
