Need a little help regarding free agency filing periods

Is there an option (that can be applied universally) that would enable me to impose a specific date range on the free agency period during the offseason? My universe is comprised of three leagues located in three different countries, all of which adhere to different league schedules, and all have different free agency filing periods. It's a mess.

Essentially, I want all free agents from all three leagues to enter the market at the same time to encourage more player movement between the leagues.

You'll have to manipulate the start of the seasons so that they all end at roughly the same time.

Yeah, I was afraid I'd have to resort to something like that. I'm genuinely surprised this isn't an option that's available under league associations. Leagues can share a common amateur draft on a specific date, but not a common free agency period? Oh well...

Sounds like a good addition for 14 if nothing else.
