Is there a way to start a random Historical League in 1900 with 24 teams?

I'm trying to start a league for the first time, and ideally I'd like 24 teams with random-debut real-life players.

I can't see a way to adjust the league structure for number of teams. Is my only option to do an expansion after starting the league? It sure seems a lot easier to start with the desired number of teams and have them all in the inaugural draft.

Just did this, started in 1924 with 24 teams. As you've discovered, you cannot alter the league structure at creation. After creating the league, I went into commissioner mode and manually added the extra teams in league setup.
