Markus - Take Pitch Question for Developers

Searching for "Take Pitch" returns every thread/post using the word "pitch" in it, so I don't know if this has already been asked.

Has the Take Pitch simulation for manually playing games been changed at all in OOTP 13, or is it still identical to how the function behaved in OOTP 12?

EDIT - Ok, perhaps I could have a better title.

For the record, if the answer is "nothing has changed regarding how "Take Pitch" simulates a plate appearance compared to "Swing Away", that's fine, I just need to know one way or the other before converting my leagues over to 13.
