Creating a prospect like Jorge Soler

Curious to inject a player like Jorge Soler into my fictional league. Essentially a young, 16 or 17 year old raw international prospect, into the free agent pool. I'd like to be able to get these guys to demand a large salary though, like Soler or Cespedes has this offseason. Anyway to do this?

I've done it by creating a young, raw FA and manually editing potential ratings in his profile, regardless on current ratings (most 16, 17, 18 yr. olds will be .5-1 star guys anyway) and it's always worked well.
