Purchase Confirmation Email

I purchased version 13 over the weekend, but I still haven't received the confirmation email from esellerate. Who long until we are supposed to receive the email containing our product code?

I thought that might be the case, but when I request a order history from them using my correct email address, it makes it on the history listing.

Appreciated the thought though as that is what I was thinking as well.

Check you spam in most cases you will fine what you looking for there . Hope you find it in there

Interesting, this happened to me as well. I preordered on Saturday and have not gotten a confirmation email. Also like you they list my order in my order history under my correct email address, I had originally assumed I mistyped it. And unfortunately it didn't just get dropped in my spam folder.

I do have my serial number for 13 copied down so it doesn't seem like that big a deal. I am a little concerned however that when it comes time to send out the early download links for preorderers that might get lost as well.

well if its not lost in ur spam folder then it is an issue that needs to be addressed now rather than later . id contact esellerate and see if they can find out the issue since its them that sends out the confirmation emails

I hope you get this resolved soon. I don't have any suggestions other than contacting esellerate.

Well I have submitted a support request to esellerate adn I will let you know what I find out Jav.

I have also asked the OOTP group for any ideas as well.
