I don't know if anyone has ever done this, and granted it probably would have been more timely if it were a few years ago...but here is my try at logos created in the EA Sports style...

I'd be interested in a tutorial on how you got that bezel looking so sweet or a psd file of the logo with the bezel.

I will see about getting the psd after work tonight...

but basically, it is just using the pen tool to create 2 parts of the outer ring. using them to create a vector mask and then adding a gradient to each. The trick was getting the gradients how I wanted them.

I have a .psd if anyone wants it.. but here are the main 5 layers that I use.. I set the first 3 layers with layer blending style of "Soft Light", layer 4 as multiply and layer 5 as "normal".

Set the layers with Layer 1 on the top and Layer 5 on the bottom.. The PSD has a few extra layers for the logos and also the background with an option to colorize the outer ring...

I will be trying to complete the AL tomorrow night.. :-)
