ovccsteve All Star Reserve Join Date: Jan 2004 Location: Sanford, NC Posts: 571	Why Can't I Use My Cash? My team ended the season with over $9M cash on hand. However, the money doesn't help my budget, can't be used for scouting or player development expenses, and can't even be used to add cash to trades. Looks like all I can do is use it to sign free agents (which will create a budget deficit limiting my ability to make trades). Why is that money so limited and is there anything I can do to make it more usable?
