Cannot scroll league news

Is it just me? After the Oct. 2011 patch, League News comes up as a split screen, both halves with a scroll bar. I can scroll the bottom screen (currently selected news item) but I cannot scroll the top screen to reach older news items.

It is possible but not optimal. Try to tap on the scrollbar and the upper table will get the focus.

I reported this as a "bug" to our framework guy but got no response so far. I will ask again, hopefully we can get some improvement on the situation.

Tapping the scrollbar works for me.
