Greetings and salutations.

Name: Major Leagues of Simulation Baseball (MLSB)

Version: OOTP11 (through the end of the current season; plans pending to update to OOTP12 in the off-season, barring a radical change)

In-Game Breakdown:
Entirely Fiction league (a month into the 2023 season), 24 teams, two major leagues (1 non-DH, 1 DH, no interleague play). 4-tier farm system (all designed to play from mid-April through end of August). No coaches/scouts. No Rule 5. No draft-pick trading. FA compensation picks. Fixed Media contract. $25M cash cap.

(Note: Financial settings are going to be reviewed at the end of the current season.)

League Governance:
League Senate of 5 Owners (including a Commissioner/Spokesperson). At least two people regularly run the sims; the others are able to do so if needed. Owners are given a vote on major decisions.

(Note: We've recently undergone a change of commissioners, due to personal circumstances, so we've had a couple of hiccups during the most recent off-season as we've worked on the exchange of power. However, we've had most of the issues ironed out now, and are full-bore into the regular season, including the draft via Statslab.)

Available Teams:
• Beaverton Beavers
• San Antonio Mustangs

Both teams are in the non-DH league. Beaverton did not have an active owner over the offseason. San Antonio did, so is in better shape, but recently had an opening arise.

San Antonio has been taken.

Beaverton is still available. And, to be honest, has a large number of draft picks coming up in the end of the first and beginning of the supplemental part of the draft, too. If you join soon, you can make those picks and build your team how you want to.

There may be one or two other teams available at some point in the near future; if you want to play in an OOTP12 league, and either have 11 already or don't mind running a team via PM for half a season, this would be your chance.
