Why does the closer I set keep getting changed?

I keep setting a certain player to be a closer. But then after each game, he's put as a 4th middle reliever. What do I have to do to make sure he stays as the closer? Thanks.

check your mgr settings, sounds like you dont have full control of the ML team.
