Waiver rules
I read a Tracy Ringolsby article yesterday that stated the waiver rules during August were as follows:
1. The waiver period is two days. 2. When a player is claimed by multiple teams, the team with the worst record, regardless of league, is awarded the claim. I've always thought the players were placed on waivers for three days and that the teams in the player's own league get first preference. So I emailed Ringolsby and asked if he might have made a mistake in his article. What I got was a very curt, "Believe if people check they would discover rules do change." At any rate, after doing some checking online, I see that the waiver period may have changed from three days to two days. What I'm not seeing is anything about the league preference rule changing. Anyone actually have a site with the current waiver rules on them?

Update: I responded to the email Ringolsby sent me and asked if there were any sources he could cite regarding the waiver rules.
Here's the exact response: "Basic Agreement". Not sure what that means but it wasn't helpful. Dude comes across as kind of a jerk.
