All-star Game
I just noticed in my solo fictional league that there were 2 all-star games on the schedule. When I select the options at creation I selected "Automatically schedule all-star game". I am using the schedule in the game and I load it manually for the first season. After that season the schedule just rotates to a different day but the same day of the week. In the case of using the 2011 schedule that would be a thursday game. I though that the schedule would set the all-star game for me. Can someone answer the question on what I am doing wrong to get two games schedule for the all-star game. This happens only after the first season.

Are you saying you want 2 all_star games for 1 league??? Or are you saying you want to schedule 1 all-star game for 2 different leagues?? I can answer your question, but I'm totally confused as to what you actually want to accomplish.
One thing though, You should not have to manually load a schedule at the start of a new game UNLESS you made changes that require you to. Even then, you should regenerate the schedule for those changes to take effect. NOT reload/load it as this again overrides any changes you made. Once you or the game loads a league schedule, the game follows that schedule, so if the schedule doesn't have an all-star game set, you won't have one even if you have the option to auto schedule an all-star game set. You would need to regenerate the leagues schedule. Hope I'm not confusing you. This might also help you out. Nothing has changed. OOTP Baseball Manual - Schedules |
