At Least One Opening In The Rundown Baseball League

A Mixed Historical/Fictional league. We simulated from 1975-1979 and held an inaugural draft for the 1980 season. We're currently in the 1981 Off-Season. Teams are Fictional, players are mixed.
If you wish to relocate a team, you have to be in our league 5 consecutive seasons (to prove you're sticking around). WE ARE NOT SWITCHING TO OOTP 12 (As Voted By GM's) but, THIS IS SOMETHING THAT WILL BE VOTED ON AFTER EVERY SEASON or WE MAY JUST WAIT AND SWITCH TO OOTP 13.
I am loooking for ACTIVE GM's and Guys who RARELY miss an export!

Waiting to hear back from two GM's who haven't exported since early June... I gave them notice and warning. A missed export here or there is acceptable... going almost a MONTH, is not! Especially without warning or an email.
