Starting a League

I would like to commish a league, but I'm not very good with computers...is there any way I'd be able to pay for the game and run the league, but have someone else do all of the computer work like with the files?...I would set all the rules and commish the league and they would just do the adjustments and uploading...also, if this is possible, is there anyone that would like to do it?

I highly doubt you would be able to find someone. Try joining a league and serve as a co-commish. Seems like you want to put all the work on someone else...I doubt they will appreciate that.

I really don't WANT to put the work on someone else, I'm just really not good with computers and I don't think I'd be able to run all the computer stuff on my own

Understandable. It can be difficult to get started. I would suggest making a small trial league (4 teams) and see how it goes. I am sure people will be willing to let you know whether or not they can export/download league file/etc.

Also, if you go through allsimbaseball.com Fidel walks you through a lot of the issues. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. It is certainly worth it.

You REALLY need to rethink your decision and not try to run a league. What you're asking for someone else to do (all the computer work) is basically the meat of the commish duties, so you really wouldn't be the commish anyway.


Just join a league and be happy with that.
