Spring training lineups
Is there any way to control this function better? I seem to lose one or more key players every year to injury during spring training. While trying to keep it realistic, players - especially star players do not play all the time. I know you can adjust the settings, but often the AI will try to play your fixed lineups. I am open for suggestions.
Thanks! |

I use the 7 day lineup feature. I come up with some sort of rotation for my players and adjust it halfway thru spring training to start more of the players I think will be my starters come opening day. I sim the games and don't play out spring games so pitching is a little harder to control.

Bad weather spring games
Where are you playing your spring training games? I noticed I was playing my games in really bad weather, including a snow storm once, and assumed that was the cause of my high injuries during spring training. Now I reset all my spring games to a Florida stadium and my injuries seem less.
